Return Policy
Because every APOTIQ 1613 purchase is processed and fulfilled by Amazon, returns are handled under Amazon’s standard return policy — the same straightforward process you use for any other Amazon order. The terms and timelines on your Amazon order page are always the authoritative source for your specific purchase.
Return window
Most APOTIQ products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to Amazon’s return rules at the time of purchase. We recommend keeping items in their original packaging until you are sure you want to keep them; opened or used personal care items may be subject to additional restrictions per Amazon’s policy.
How to start a return
- Sign in to your Amazon account.
- Open Your Orders and locate the APOTIQ product.
- Select Return or replace items.
- Choose your reason for return from the list shown.
- Select your return method and print the prepaid return label if one is provided.
- Drop the package at the carrier indicated by Amazon.
Once Amazon receives your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method. Amazon will email you a refund confirmation when the credit is issued.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your APOTIQ order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or differs materially from the Amazon listing, please contact Amazon customer service first. Amazon will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution under their A-to-z Guarantee. Items not eligible for return
Certain personal care items become non-returnable once opened or used. The specific restrictions for each APOTIQ product are shown on its Amazon listing and at checkout. Promotional items, gifts with purchase, and limited-edition releases may also be marked as non-returnable.
