APOTIQ 1613 is sold and fulfilled exclusively through Amazon. Every order is processed, packed, and shipped from an Amazon fulfillment center using Amazon’s logistics network. You receive the same checkout, tracking, and customer service experience as any other Amazon order.
How it works
You place your order on Amazon — either through our official APOTIQ storefront or product listings. Amazon handles payment, packing, dispatch, and delivery confirmation. Tracking information appears in your Amazon account as soon as a label is created, and updates as the package moves through the carrier network.
Where we ship
APOTIQ ships wherever Amazon ships. Availability varies by product and by destination — please check the product listing on Amazon for the latest information on shipping to your country, US state, or territory.
For destinations that fall outside Amazon’s standard service area, including some international addresses and remote regions, shipping may not be available. We do not support the use of freight forwarders or third-party international forwarding services; if you use one, we cannot guarantee delivery, condition, or returns.
Estimated delivery
Delivery times are set and updated by Amazon at checkout. As a general reference:
- Prime members (US): typically 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Standard US shipping: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: typically 5–7 business days
- International: as quoted on the listing and at checkout
These ranges are guidance, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on stock, carrier capacity, weather, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control. Amazon’s tracking page is always the most up-to-date source for your specific order.
Order changes & cancellations
Address changes and cancellations are handled through your Amazon account, typically within a short window after placing the order. Once a label has been generated and the package has entered the carrier network, changes are no longer possible.
If something goes wrong
If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, please contact Amazon customer service first — they can issue a replacement or refund under the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee. If Amazon has not resolved your issue, please write to hello@apotiq1613.com with your order number and we will follow up directly.
