APOTIQ formulas are co-developed with leading dermatologists, formulation chemists, and universities of Eastern medicine. They are designed for all skin types — with a particular focus on supporting the skin barrier in sensitive, reactive, and chronically irritated skin. The full ingredient list for each product is published on its Amazon listing. If you have a known sensitivity, we recommend reviewing the list with your healthcare provider or performing a patch test before regular use.

Yes. All APOTIQ products are cruelty-free and GMO-free. We also exclude PEG, sulfates, gluten, synthetic fragrance, parabens, phenoxyethanol, and phthalates across the entire line. See About for the full list of what we leave out and why.

Yes. APOTIQ formulas are produced without added synthetic fragrance. Any natural scent you may notice comes from the active botanical ingredients themselves and is not added as a perfume.

It is the philosophy at the centre of every APOTIQ formula: the noble spirit of the Eastern apothecary translated into the language of modern clinical science. Rather than apply a single mass-production technique to every botanical, we design a bespoke extraction method for each ingredient — supercritical fluid extraction for purity, bio-fermentation for absorption, low-temperature vacuum extraction for heat-sensitive nutrients.

Nothing in our formulas has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding people. We are not, however, able to give individual medical advice; we recommend sharing the full ingredient list of any product you plan to use with your healthcare provider before starting.

APOTIQ is formulated and manufactured in South Korea, under the supervision of the APOTIQ team. Each formula is co-developed with award-winning dermatologists, formulation chemists, and universities of Eastern medicine, and is clinically tested before release.

Delivery times are set by Amazon at checkout and depend on your shipping option, address, and Amazon’s fulfillment capacity. Yes. As soon as Amazon generates a shipping label, tracking appears in your Amazon order page. You will also receive email updates from Amazon as the package moves through the carrier network.

Returns are processed under Amazon’s standard return policy. Sign in to your Amazon account, open Your Orders, locate the APOTIQ product, and select Return or replace items. See our Return Policy for the step-by-step.

Once Amazon receives your return, refunds typically issue within 3–7 business days depending on your payment method. Amazon will email a refund confirmation when the credit is sent.
